New rates as of July 2022. Please note that Residential and Business support incur different rates. Remote Support includes all consulting and support provided via Internet, Phone, Email, Text Message and Pick-up/Drop-off. On-Site Support includes all work provided in any location other than my office whether client’s home, office or other location.
Business hours are from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Central. After hours and weekends are 1.5x the business hour rate.
Round-trip travel equaling 1 hour or more incurs $50 per travel hour fee.
RESIDENTIAL
Remote Support: $100 per hour (1/2 hour minimum)
On-site Support: $125 per hour (1 hour minimum)
BUSINESS
Remote Support: $150 per hour (1/2 hour minimum)
On-Site Support: $175 per hour (1 hour minimum)
