Where can I drop off my computer?
Please contact us by email or by calling 251-219-8324 to arrange a time to drop off (or pick up) your computer.
What kind of devices do you support and repair?
We provide computer support for both Windows and Apple laptops and desktop computers. We also can provide support for smartphones, tablets, printers and scanners, wifi and networking equipment, smart-home devices, home theater equipment and more!
What should I do before bringing my computer/device in for support?
If your computer/device still works, please make a backup of your data before bringing it to us for repairs or support. You should always have a current backup of your device, but especially before having *anyone* perform service on it (if possible).
Do you remove viruses / malware?
Yes! We’ll scan your device with multiple tools to find and remove viruses and malware from your computer. Please note that antivirus/anti-malware scans may take a long time to complete depending on your device.
